Public complaint for ? I live five states away and haven't been to CA in 20 years.

Strange number threatening to take me to court on behalf of a creditor. They refused to give me their address.

I have received two voicemails stating there is a complaint filed against me with "their office".  No mention of who they are, company name address.  Caller ID comes up as Private caller.  I do not know anyone in California never been there in my life!!!
