threatens Law suit calls repeatedly leaving robo voice messages. also uses 818-395-5704 number.

This caller used recording and leaves msgs saying there is a law suit!
also uses 818-395-5704 number with same message
these calls are unwanted and we are on the No Call List why do these low lifes keep calling?

Received call on 8/16/16 around 3:30pm in Denver.  Voicemail left with robocall saying "This is a final notice from IRS..." and something about filing a law suit.  Obviously a scam.

Recorded message. Lawsuit from IRS (oh my!).  Better call now (Oh My, Oh My!!).
