New tactic when they call   turn my TV up loud  let them listen to an infomercial
while they going Hello Hello  soon they disconnect and remove the number as a waste of
time    Ive cut my junk calls over 2/3 doing this. Im down from 20 (approx) a day to
about 3 a day.      Try it   you'll like it

Yes i would imagine that listening to Bob Villa would be cruel and unusual punishment.
