The caller said he was a policeman, that I owed the U.S. Treasury money, and that if I didn't return his call at the above number, that he would come over and arrest me. Two days ago, on the news, there was a warning about the proliferation of such scams around tax time. The IRS never initiates contact with anyone by phone or e-mail. I'm sending this description and number to the donotcall.gov website. It is an evil scammer that would do such a thing.
