the " DO NOT CALL" ( usa or canada ) list is a well known farce and does not work.................you ACTUALLY make the issue worse by sigining up......
if you are a CANADIAN resident , and sign up for our countries BS " do not call list" , this only applies WITHIN CANADA, and barely at that..................so the " do not call list" is not valid anywhere else in the world !!!!.............exact same applies if you are a USA resident..........if you sign up for your countries " do not call list" , any other country in the world is exempt and can call you whenever and however they like, at any time too..................
