Just got a call on my cellphone and didn't answer. Glad I didn't after reading this.

I don't answer numbers I don't know unless I'm expecting a call in a certain area code.

Got a call this morning, they left no message. Thanks for the info on IRS scam

I mistakenly answered the call. Man asked for a "Mr. and Mrs. Matthis." I told him he had the wrong number. He asked again if I was "Mr. and Mrs. Matthis." I said no and he proceeded to ask if I was a Southern California home owner. I rudely asked "why is that relevant?" He chuckled and said good bye. I've blocked the number as I've seen it many times before.
