Tax refund time, scammers come out. "We've been trying to reach you. The IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. Please call us back to get more info." If the IRS was calling me, they wouldn't be using a cell phone. And I guarantee they would be sending an official summons or arrest warrant, not calling. Do not fall for this scam.
Don't fall for this scam, they are trying to threaten ones who are old and may be afraid so they can tap their bank accounts. why dont they go get a real job instead of vipers, they claim to be the IRS under the name of Officer Jack Williams. How sad 626-531-4231 be aware!!!!
I have received 3 calls from this number so far since yesterday, they leave the same voice mail telling me the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me and to call this number immediately. I have never answered the call nor do I intend to, it is obviously a Tax scam.
