I was stupid,,n i had money in my card all along,,n only what we agreed on was taking out nothing else. I dont know if theres any thing i can do bout it.
If they didn't send debt validation, then file complaints with the CFPB, FTC, And the state attorney Generals as listed above. You should also seek a FDCPA/TCPA attorney.
