Received call from this number - when I answered no answer.  I called back and no answer.

Please, are you getting these calls on your cell phone or home? I have called this number and actually had someone answer. It was a person at his home, not good english, and it was his cell number! I could here kids in the background.

This is real puzzler for me since at times the call seems to be coming from a company and at others from some crank caller at his house with his cell phone!
