Trying to lower my auto insurance rate.
When I get these calls I add them to my phone directory under "Do not call" and then code that entry so it goes directly to voice mail. At least that way they can't call again.

It's an automated message lowering a rate of some kind. The thing is I just applied for a home loan and used my cell phone as the contact number. Apparently those bottom-dwellers sold my number out.
