Says they are from ADT security system and wants to give me a free upgrade to my security system. Called multiple times multiple days without ever once leaving a message. Caller ID says Glendora, CA, not ADT. I told them to put me on their do not call list. One month later, calls star happening again. The real ADT will send a letter, not robocalls.
Caller ID says "Glendora, CA 626-594-9832" and they call and leave empty messages where there is no actual talking by the caller, just the sound of a loud call-center environment in the background. White pages lists this number as a landline coming from Azusa CA, 91702.

This company calls me every single day, even on the weekends. Every time they call, they say they are from ADT Security Systems. I tell them to send whatever it is to me in writing because I don't do business on the phone. I have also asked them to put me on their Do Not Call list. Next day comes and they call again and I go through the entire conversation with another salesperson. I will no longer do business with ADT.
Says they are from ADT and need to schedule MANDATORY updates immediately. When I ask about what my options are if I don't want to upgrade, they say there are none. When I press for any details (how long my current system will last, what will happen if I don't upgrade, etc.) they say only someone who comes to my house can answer that. Seems suspect. I've asked them to send me everything in writing, take me off their calling list, etc. Nothing comes in the mail except a notification that I must call them for an appointment and the calls keep coming day after day with no detailed information.
