Can you believe that these joker's will robo call on Sunday mornings! I received one from this number at 9:00 AM on my cell. I answer to hear someone breathing and then a hasty disconnect.
I got the breathy sound as well when I answered the call. It's just some uneducated, lowlife, meth addicted, smoker with throat cancer sucking bucks off the government.
So your feeling is that if someone has cancer and they ask the government for help in paying the outrageous fees being charged for treatment, that they are "sucking bucks off the government."? Well remember that mantra if you get extremely ill and can't pay the bill. Because I am sure you wouldn't want to ask for help and then also be "sucking bucks off the government." After all, we certainly would never want such a fine upstanding citizen such as yourself to become a hypocrite now would we?
