Received a call from my cell phone from this number. Could barely hear what was being said perhaps because of the accent. The results I got from "efraudsters.com" is the call originated from "California", because of the 626 area code (my area code), yet the results show the Operator as being "Билайн". WTF! Are Russians and/or Ukranians again trying to get personal info, plus anything else they can use against us again? I would Definitely Report this number as a SPAM number paid for by Russians.
