This was a "No Name" caller. I don't answer calls from numbers where the caller is unidentifiable...
I live in the 626 area code. What these butt-wipes are doing is spoofing numbers in the area code they are targeting...
They do this thinking it won't seem suspicious...
Don't rely on the DNC list - instead get Caller ID for your landline. That's more effective...
I have it on my landline, and it's works great...
Another tip...turn the ringer on your landline off...
When someone calls on my landline a bright light turns on to indicate someone is calling...
