I've been getting regular calls from this number. Since the calls are not from someone I know and are from out of my area, I don't answer the phone. They do not leave a message. Finally tiring of this, I called the number reported in Caller ID and found it belongs to National Enterprise Systems, a debt collection service. They've now been added to by blocked callers list.
