the past two day , this phone number keep call me again & again , when I was pick up , said from business partner ........

This call is from citrus valley health partners, either you have a hospital bill or some kind of medical expense due.

annoying annoying caller. May be debt collector of some sort. They call in morning at least 3x. Refuse to pick up!!!

I do have a bill. It always says "please hold for next available agent...all of our agents are busy" ...lol
Be sure to keep copies of your receipts because they didn't have a record of my last payment nor did they know I was auto pay....
They are in a different department than the hospital itself-so they just aren't aware if you paid with the hospital directly. Gave me a scare but i had my receipt and the hospital cashier had it recorded as well. Just miscommunication.
