Who called from 6267564884

I get a call from this number 4 times a day and they immediately hang up when I answer.....

I got a call from 626-756-4884 on Sept 1, 2012.  I called back and got a google answering machine.  Left a message but did not get a reply.

Some kind of remodeling call. Got into their spiel and I asked him how they got my number. He says, "can I finish up sir?" without answering my question. I hung up on him.
