Who called from 6267812365

I got a call from this number and a live person was on the phone.  He asked for me by name.  I asked what this was concerning and he hung up on me.  When I called this number back the message says this is not a working phone number.  This is just what you would expect from a criminal business.

How could this happen ??????

"Home Center" calling to see if we need any home improvements.  Get them couple times per month.  Any info on them as a company would be stellar.
