This is a big scam going on the world do not fall for this scam call the local cops always it is 2015 they use spoof phone numbers and will try to scare people into paying money.
Guy says his name is Mark Edwards and wants to settle a debt but he is scammer and not a very convincing one. I played along trying to see how many red flags came up and there were plenty. He got so excited when I gave him my cc card info he probably needed to change his drawers when he got off the phone
