I picked up the phone and they listened and hung up.

This number always calls right after 626-193-2856, so probably both being used by the same parasites.  Thank goodness for call blocking.  Aggravating morons, the lot of them.

I called 3 times and got message that says line out of service. Who are these scumbags?
