Just received a call from them, the Caller ID said "Warranty", extremely rude guy was on the other line. Asked for a name I didn't recognize. I told him they were not hear and this was a business. He said "I know and does she work there" I said no and he said "Well she said she does". I again told him that she didn't and he said "if that's what you say...". Before he hung up I snapped back that it was my damn phone line so yes I was sure it wasn't hers. What an @$$
