Definitely a fraud. This TN is legitimately for a computer store in California, I doubt this is part of their business model.
It's a spoofed TN, just like other calls I've received /w caller-ID numbers like 111-222-3333, 123-456-7890, 000-000-0000, etc.
We are a computer company in California and 626.915.5008 is our number, we been received calls from everywhere saying our number showing on their caller ID, we did not call anyone and phone company Verizon already checked our line to ensure our line is fine.
Like Rob said it's robo-dialing caller ID spoof. Sorry people getting calls from this number but we are the victim. We also filed complaint to FCC and here is the case number 12-T00942865.
