received a call about a relative saying it was urgent that they speak with the person. I have no idea how they got my new number to call me concerning a relative. She was kinda nice but didnt disclose much iinformation to be except the number to have the person call and that they have been going to the persons home but was unsuccessful.
same here - left message stating a document was going to be delivered to my home address - states my address. Says if I want to reschedule the delivery date of legal document to call a Margaret Mueller. Took the man twice to get the call back number right. Constant pauses during call.

Called my company looking for me said they had papers to bring me. My boss called them back and gave them my office address, they then just asked him to have me call them. I called them back and they said I have a lawsuit against me from Plains Credit card back in 08 I owed them $409 but with late fees and intr. I now owed them $1789.33 and this is going to be garnished from my pay if I don't settle with them for $897... what a joke they are !!!! Ummmm I live in TEXAS good luck
Same here kept getting calls that they had papers that would be delivered to my When I finally did speak with them they said I owed 1600 on a credit card I never heard of and at the time they say I opened an account I was unemployed. They also stated that they would settle for 600.00 What a bunch of you know what
