I picked up and heard a recording with a young female voice, "This is an important message regarding your credit card account..." I hung up because I don't need their message. Caller id: CELLULAR CALL.
When yo call this number back you get a recording saying the number you have reached has been disconnected. I think this person calling is running a scam
