Called my cell several times, I finally and they said I qualified to win a contest in Utah. Hung up

tired of these calls

I keep getting calls from this number.  When I answer they hang up!

I reported my lines to Do not call and these numbers still call....

They are calling from a web based site where they gather information then sell your phone number. He hung up on me when I refused to let them use it for other advertisement companies. This all came from an ad on Google about car insurance.
