Who called from 6304482864

Continually call asking if I want to continue my education.  Being asked to be removed from their call list doesn't help

I received a call, which I did not answer as I did not know the number.  Then I saw it here.  I called the number back and "James" answered and started to go into his monologue.  I let him know that I am on the Do Not Call List and he disconnected the call without another word.

Why do we have a Do Not Call List is no one abides by it (Google, TransWorld, etc.)?

I have been getting calls from this number for the last 3 months. After telling them multiple times I dont plan on going back to school and to be removed from their list, I still keep getting calls! highly annoying.

Multiple phone calls every day, never a message.

Call me again, I will set up block in my iphone to see if I could block this number
