This number calls every day, sometimes up to 4 times a day. They never leave a message, and they won't stop calling. This has been going on for as long as SIX MONTHS now. I'm on the Do Not Call Registry, and have been since it was first installed. What's the point though, if no one stops these scam callers, and no one enforces the rules for the Do Not Call Registry.
