I received a call today from the 630 number; automated call (woman's) asking for me (full name) from Advocate. Asking me to call immediately between 8:30am - 5pm M-F with an account#. The acct. # is not my patient # and it sounded like a fake case #. I do not have a bill with Advocate. I have a direct # for Advocate. I never seen or received a call from this number ever.
