This guy will say he is from a technical department for your computer. A (Asian) Indian sounding man, with a stuffy nose, trying to gain access to your information, and take over of your computer system. Complete scammer, and rude son of a b****. Chicago number? Uh I do not think so.
We are under siege by these scammers, obviously. Just read number of reports so far today from too many numbers to count. Incredible! The Microsoft and Windows scammers seem to be in overdrive today.
The caller sings a delightful Muslim song that is pleasing to the ear but when translated is about how happy he is to draw dotted lines around your neck to guide the sharp knife. Do not answer this call.
This caller said he was with HP and was receiving error messages from my computer. Said that some of my recent updates didnt take. Funny thing was, I actually had HP on the phone and the REAL HP person was remotely in my computer working on it. When I told the fake Hp that, he wanted to have a conference call with him. I put both on speaker, the real hp guy told him that he had this under control and could close the case file. The fake Hp guy said that I was lying, that really was my husband on the phone, called me an ugly name and hung up. gesh, really? I get these calls all the time from Microsoft. They get mad when i ask what department they are in and their badge number, so that i can call my son and verify they really work there. They usually cuss me out and hang up. 3-4 times a week these idiots call hoping to gain access to the computer.
