I got a call from this number 630-518-0000 CID: ILLINOIS
I let it go to the answering machine and no surprise they hung up with no message left. Then about 10 minutes later I got a call from 631-510-0000 with NAME UNKNOWN for the CID. The numbers seem awfully similar to me and I suspect they're both associated with the same scammers. Both numbers have been added to my phone's block list.
Claimed (in a very harsh foreign voice) to be from The United States government needing to collect taxes, but very clearly in the background another person is attempting to get account information for a college grant
