I called the number back and it went to a recording stating that this was a sweepstakes center and if I stay on the line and take a survey I could win a gift card or something.

on no call list still getting these calls-Telemarketers.

Something about the POSSIBILITY of winning a gift card ..by taking a survey.                                                                          Kept talking over me while I told her that I was on DNC list , and to take me off their list. Their number has been blocked.
