Obvious Indian call center in the background. Asked me where I wanted to go and stressed multiple times it was free of charge. Told him since they obviously had my contact info to mail it to me.

Heavy Indian accent, Said he was with American Airlines and that back in December I filled out ballot and won a vacation. Told him I did not fill out anything but he said that is okay he had my information and I still won. Definitely a call center, could hear the background noise. Told him I could not talk and hung up.
