Looking this up they are financial planners not debt collectors. Scam

This number called asking if I knew "Jane", I said yes, they said that they had a complaint filed about her and needed me to get her some legal documents. I placed her on hold and she hung up. Asked "Jane" about it and she had no clue. So weird.
