Who called from 6308822814

Weirdest call.  Answered, waited. Then music played for a minute or so. Then hung up.  Wrong number?  New creepy scam?

Very Strange Call. Eerie Music Played when I answered the call. So I hung up.

Called at 8AM.  Left no message and I heard a "fast" busy signal.
