Haha...what a coincidence. I didn't answer the number and I received a 3 minute voicemail of silence. I don't know if this guy is some creep, hacker, pedophile, etc....

I've been getting multiple calls from this number with no voicemails ever left. I don't answer calls I don't know.  I did call back from my work number at a man answered the was Steven from Congressional Bank.

It is congressional bank, they are probably trying to sell a mortgage or refi.
