Who called from 6312010809

This number keeps calling had to star 69 my phone to get the number they only let it ring twice I'm tired of getting up to answer don't have caller id  and by the time I get to my phone they've already hung up.

I called the number back from my office and got, "Hi! This is Julie with Reward Redemption..."
Spam call.

This no. has called 3x this evening, only rings 2x.
