I found a listing for a First State Bank at the address of GoAccredited, but there is not listing as required by law in the DFS. First State Bank http://www.citysearch.com/profile/602052008/melville_ny/first_state_bank.html

First State Bank in New York also does not have a web page.
I did find the google street view of Mark Hann’s place of business-his residence: https://www.google.com/maps/@40.864142,-73.23 ... ILeDG2SVaEg!2e0
Big A: Great info! This is just what I need to sue these ba$tard$ under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act for repeatedly calling me though my phone number is on the national Do-Not-Call registry! I'll get at least $500 per call; more like $1,000 because they're also using an ATDS. Thanks 1,000,000 for the money!
No problem, I'll send the bill in the mail and you can pay me from the settlement. :-) By the way, you can get treble damages so go for the full $1500. Good luck!
Treble damages in this case is 3 x $1,000 per call = $3,000, and yes, I'll definitely ask for that and probably get it in this case! So thanks again for the tip! Big question, Big A: How do you know Go Accredited is Hosta Holdings, LLC? I can't find that connection on the Secretary of State's business listings for NY or DE.
