I can't close my checking account while it's negative. I'm waiting for the account to be frozen so I can stop accumulating daily fees.

Phone rang twice, then hung up. I returned the call, got the spiel about them being collectors, then I pushed 0 for their operator, as directed. Phone rang for several minutes and no one answered. I finally hung up after listening to it ring more than 5 minutes.
