Called to speak to the controller. Asked her what company she was from, she said US Standard and I asked what it was regarding she said she was returning the call. I told her she needed to elaborate. She began saying "Updated standard" and then hung up. Would not take this call again.

Called back today. Again asked her what company she was from, she said again, US Standard and when I asked what it was regarding she again told me that she was returning a call. I asked her regarding what? She said, "I'm sorry. I'm not sure." I told her I couldn't put her through without knowing what it was about. This time she asked if this was Turner Construction, I said no, this is not. She apologized for calling the wrong company and hung up.
