Two calls so far this afternoon.  Lack of using a name of a person strongly indicates a scammer setup.  Gist was it is important you or your lawyer calls them back.  They should invent and legalize a button sequence you can press on your phone to send a electrical shock (not unlike dog collars) so you can zap the low lives when they phone you and attempt to scam you.  Dogs should not be wearing such collars.  These (censored) should be forced to by law though...and set up that every time they type or use a phone they get zapped.
