Called my DNC registered cell. No voicemail. I don't pick up calls to my cell unless the number is in contacts.
I used *67 to call back. I got the following recording.
"I'm sorry, but the person you called has a voicemail box that hasn't been set up yet. Good bye."
If I didn't get 2 or 3 calls a week from different  (631) 662-XXXX numbers maybe I'd believe it.
