Yes cleaning offer. With answering machine off, phone rang forever. Called several times. The caller ID name does not match what they are offering as services.
Robocall. "Hello, this is Stacy from the carpet cleaning company." Goes on to give prices and talk about how eco-friendly their products are. Ends with Press 1 to speak with one of our representatives, Press 2 to receive a call back later and Press 3 to be removed from our list.

I have been called by this number many times and since it is local I answered and got the usual Hi this is Stacy, etc., etc. This time I pressed 1 and managed to convince them I did not hear the company name ---- Stacy (I guess) told me it is Carpet Cleaning Master(s) and that (although there was I slight accent) they could both speak and read English and that they could read the Do Not Call List. I simply suggested they do that and hung up.
