These scammers mine the "do not call" list rather then use it to screen households that they are not supposed to contact.  Not so hard to believe since they are already using deceptive tactics that would cause them to be fined by FTC.   They sound like same losers from india that tell me my computer has virus that want to connect to your PC and give you both virus and cure for a large fee.

Should be able to Opt out from receiving calls from overseas call center for companies that I have never done business with
