Received a call from this number in New York, caller left a message;said he was "chris" (no last name) and I could hear in the background that he was in a call center. Typical SCAM artist / illegal telemarketer.

Leaving them a review early on helps them to close on the first projects that we refer to them. We ask for a 1-5 star rating in 4 categories, if you would recommend them or not, and give you the option to leave specific comments if you would like. I'm not selling anything or asking for any personal information, and the review is only for the contractor's potential new clients to see before they make a decision. It is a 631 number because I work in a New York City office. I hope this clears up some of the confusion.
