Called my DNC registered landline. Left a voicemail. "Hello this is Beverly from the Xarelto Health Center. I was told that you or a loved one has taken Xarelto or Pradaxa and was hospitalized for internal bleeding. Please call me back immediately at (866) 239-1955. Your eligibility for medical compensation is highly likely. Call me back today at (866) 239-1955.
For fun I used *67 to call back the number that called me. *67 won't hide your number if you call any (8XX) number. I heard this generic recording.
"Hello and thank you for calling. If you'd like to be placed on the do not call list for the number that called you please press 1 now."
No company or number was mentioned.
This is a new scam as far as I know.
Called my DNC registered landline. The man wanted to ask me an out my timeshare. I asked, Which one? He hung up.
I used *67 to call back. The recording said, "The person at desk 5 wasn't available." No voicemail in 2017.
I've heard that same recording many times. It's just another scam using the same Northport exchange.
