Report to FCC or FBI or phone company Caller ID: CCS 636-200-0016  or 866-489-4564 is the number the automatic voice gave as the number to contact.

Either some dumb [***] teenagers or a smart [***] scammer is running this scheme.

CCS 636-200-0116 has called me three times. The first time I found a message to call back.  I called back, got a directory, finally got a rude  operator who put me on hold for several minutes, so I hung up.  Have gotten two more hang-up calls from them.  No one answers.  I left a message on voice mail but no response so far.

Same deal a few calls a day for weeks. Hangups and no messages, except one from this wade guy. Finally I called back and selected option for company directory hit 233. I got someone(not exactly a brain surgeon). I forgot his name. I asked, Why do you people keep calling me? He wanted to know who he was talking to. I asked him who I was talking to. He asked me the same thing back. Again I said why do you people keep calling me. Well he blow up at me and gave me some lecture about how slavery is abolished and segregation has ended. That did it for me, I just ended the call. As of now I have blocked the two ph#'s they use to call. If anyone has Comcast Digital Voice hit *60 and the rest is pretty straight forward. My phone has not rang once with these numbers.

this caller calls 5 times a day or more and just hangs up and leaves no message and if i do answer they just say (automated) please wait which i have no time to wait. I sleep during the day and this gets ridiculous. They even call LATE at night.  If they would only leave a message I can tell them to stop or whatever. it must not be to important. this is called harrassment and they must be stopped. I can never find out who they are if they don't communicate.

This number called me 3 times today and just hang up... Annoying as hell!
