Received a call from this # appears to be Charter Communications. When I attempted to call the number back it said the number was no longer in use. Retards!
They called saying we owed over $250, when our bill indicates we have a zero balance. They were trying to get us to make a payment, but we refused because there is no way we owe that amount.
I rec'd a call from this number. I didn't know it so I called it back a few minutes later. Out of service of course so I googled it. Charter Communication. I called them about an acct I requested closed 2 months ago. Of course these idiots have been charging my acct after I had moved out. I tried to explain but I was transferred to 4 different people and the last couldn't speak enough english to understand me (southern I should say). I finally emailed Charter and told them to stop charging me.
I am sure these idiots won't do anything but ignore my request. Are there any english speaking people left at Charter Communication? If so how about answering your phone.

Charter is the worst cable company in the industry. They lag so far behind comcast in HD channels offered and their customer service is horrendous. I pray every night that comcast buys them.
