Most cell phones allow you to block the number. NEVER EVER call them back. It only lets them know that it is a valid number, plus it establishes a 'relationship' that permits them to call you without recourse. Legitimate telemarketers respect the DNC lists. It is the illegal telemarketers and spammers that continue to harass us. Report them and block them.
