Who called from 6362254102

This call came to my cell phone and I let it go to voicemail.  What I did hear was a recording about lowering interest rates.  Lame.

just got a call from this number, no message left but have been having people call lately claiming they can lower my interest rates on unspecified accounts

I just had the same thing! Very weird he said uh hi and then hung up! and then when i tried to call back it said the number was disconnected.

This guy called my little sisters phone, I answered. he was surprised that i had answered. He siad "uh. hi" and the call was gone. watch out people!

Same deal as many of you have stated above.  Answered phone, he sounded surprised, then hung up.  I called back and number is disconnected.
