Who called from 6362431405

Appears to be Political, no message, I don't answer any calls that cannot be identified by a message.

I have been receiving 3 to 4 calls a day from this number for 3 weeks. If you answer there is no one there, nor do they leave a message.
Caller ID states: Primary Update.

Political? I won't answer any call I don't recognize on my caller I.D. or by leaving a message on my answering machine.

left a message on answering machine ...sounded like person was talking to another person in the background...not leaving a message

Came in as AFP MO and was a hang-up.
